The yellow Skater is a nice boat....however the Spectre was running 575"s and I would bet the Skater was running 1200's or so and cost how much?? In the time to come (or now) the market will be readjusting itself from the over the top stuff back to the reasonable affordable boats that made the Spectre such a wise choice for so long....see past Powerboat and Hot Boat tests. And look forward to some new ones!

Is the 32 that much faster than the 30?
My 30 with 500 efi's ran 112.8 at our local radar run last year and the only trick i used was to fill both the cooler and the gas tanks.
Oh year, bungie cord the throttles.
I would love to have a 32 and the prices are moving in the right direction.

134 MPH with 575's is very impressive. Are they definitely completely stock? Only reason I ask is my friend has a 32 Skater with the same motors and it runs low 120's.

mine has 500 efis and so far tops out at 118. The boat takes a nice set at 90 plus and seems to cruise effortless at 100 in the chop.

575's are very tempramental with temperature. Cold water and cool air will add 15+ mph to warmer climate speeds.
