Thanks Bill. I see that yours is up and running. Glad to hear it. Good luck with it. I will get a few more pics up when I get the flame arrestor on it. It has the best polish job I have ever seen.

The engine is going in a Velocity 260. I have done quite a bit of rigging on the boat to get it ready for the engine. Here are a few pics of before, during and after. I had to fill 94 holes in the engine compartment for stuff that has been moved or eliminated. Enjoy

I hope that he has as much fun in that is I have been having in the ZX that Eddie did for me last year. We are heading out to the lake right now for a few high speed passes and a day of riding around.

Young Performance 09-07-2009 10:48 AM

Thanks, Doug. After talking to Steve Stepp (owner of Velocity) we think the boat should be right near 100 mph with the right setup. I need to play with props to see what it wants. It's going in the water for the first time today.

Have fun Bill. Talk to you soon.

Beautifull attention to detail, and setup, should be a good seller thanks for documenting it for us.

Velocities are always fast in their sizes. That rig will sing with your new engine.

Please- keep us in the loop with the picts.
