Missed you an Ean (how the heck do you spell that ) to. Actually i was away on a big collision job on a 46 footer that could not be mooved from its location. Ended up finishing it on friday afternoon and headed home, didnt get the boat in till saturday morn. The GF and I just decided to wing-it and go wherever. Made it to the Bay and rafted off her dads cruiser, pretty much hung there for the duration. Wish i could have made it over to Kellys to though, havnt missed that the LEOPA gig in years. Heck usually I'm one of the first ones there

I havent been to kellys in a few years,it was before i owned a boat and mouched a ride, if i rember right i think it was fun! Anyone planing on running there again anytime soon>? Im on the huron river and would be a bit hesitant to make the run without another boat near, Im still in the beginner phases of this hobbie and only have a 23 w/ a single(i no get off my wallet and buy a big one right>?)

Some of my funnest rides to Kellyes were in a 22' Baja. Of course the driver was crazy and tried to break boats for a living

I made it to the bay last weekend and met up with friends behind johnsons island on bayshore rd just fine, i just dont really know kellys at all, my luck ill end up in canada or worse on a sandbar! Someone was rippin it past johnsons at about 8pm sunday in some big ass red and yellow monster....

Drive past the roller coasters into the lake across from Marblehead light and look straight in front of you. That big hunk of land is about 3 to 4 miles away from the spot i just described. You would have to be Mr. Magoo to miss it.
