Another vote for Julington Creek/ Mandain area. You're accesible to just about anywhere in 20 min. and plenty of water access. I've got a good friend who is a property manager. He might be able to help you find a place. PM me if you're interested in his number.

Lived in Jax for 8 yrs, lived in Southside, kept the boat at NAS Jax ( while on Active Duty) it offered great boating, and as most others have said lots of accessable areas from there.

For Sure.... Nut's trying to get us to come down for thanksgiving... That sounds good but, I would like to wait till its really freekin could up here to escape down south....
