Default Gelcoat cracks

Are cracks coming from the drain plug, (owner described as 2 stress cracks) anything to worry about? Any idea why they would be there?

I most likely am wrong but is the transom wet? Usally when you see cracks on the transom gel that is due to a weak transom or is wet. But the owner could of really torqued down the drain plucgs causing stress around those areas. Best of luck

Are they coming from the screw positions in the flange?
