Boat looks great! That is the best deal out there!! So what are you looking to get when the Skater sells?

Real estate,property then back in.The loss on the boat vs the local buy on property softens the blow.The problem is financing/or trades.The boat has depreciated less than the local market here.the skater is still worth more than a 1/2 acre building lot.

Alot next door to me was at260k 1 year ago,reduced to 199k then 150k,now 99k there are less skaters out ther than property.If the boat doesnt sell than I will keep it.

The price is too low which raises speculation.when in fact I just want to price it according to market conditions and move it.Keep getting calls so I think it will be gone soon.

starting to get serious buyers and offers now. Love the boat,wife wants something different,too.I have owned over 20 boats since we marrired.

Truck's running fine, just trying to get caught up, had to pass on going to the races is Sarasota this past weekend with Aqua-mania, just too muck crap to catch up on.
