We're experiencing problems with our static content server. We are looking into the issue.

Since they expect to have continued intermittent problems with our static content server, I went ahead and disabled it. It should stop the slow page loads, but overall the site won't be as 'snappy' as it usually is. When they have ironed out the problems, I'll go ahead and turn it back on.
