I recently saw a 32' sunsation with vertical plates on the side for tracking. Does anyone have any pics of these? Seemed to be a clean install. I also noticed the F2 gladiator had them as well. I think Latham made them. Anyone know of any benefits or drawbacks?

They create a pair of mini-rooster tails that make the boat look like a pair of Yamaha PWC going down the lake. I think, but please check with the Sunsation guys to confirm---that they added them for some more sure footed turning at speed. This is what I was told by a new 32SS owner.

those are made by Arneson. They mount flush with the bottom and create either rocker or hook to the extended running surface with less drag than conventional trim tabs.

I know the rocker plates are made by arneson. I am talking about tabs with plates on the sides. If you notice the rocker plates have them on the side as well
