According to his nurse he had a stable night. He has fluid in his belly with pain. A CAT scan showed nothing peculiar. A team of doctors who specialize in infectious diseases will be looking at him today. At this point they think both of them (Mark and his Girlfriend) have contracted the same thing, but Mark's previously compromised immune system is what's giving them worry.

that's awful, Smitty said they think it was something that he picked up in Key West. Another OEM member on the OPA thread said he also came back with something from KW and almost had to be hospitilized. Was his gf in KWest?

Last I heard after a good night he had a very down morning but seems to have stabalized a bit. I talked to Kurt at about 6 and at that time there was no new news so I think/hope that is good news.
