Yep they've closed manufacturing in Daytona and joined forces with S&S cycles quite awhile ago. Looking at the manufacturing equipment that sold from the old Crane facility and the equipment found at S&S cycles I'd have to say it was a good move from a quality standpoint.

Any word on their ignition products?

Some of the old grinds are available and some are not from what I have seen. Also the link Back4More posted is for Australia.
