Looks like they have a two part numbers to choose from between the years.

See # 1 & 2 in this link. This link covers the years 1988-1989 Bravo and alpha 1.
http://www.mercruiserparts.com/Show_...CAL+COMPONENTS 84-98423A13 WIRING HARNESS (ALPHA I) $317.22 $277.57
1 84-98423A15 WIRING HARNESS (BRAVO) $317.22 $277.57

And Number 1 in this link. [This one covers the year 1987 only] But it's the same number as above as the alpha 1.

I guess you could try taking your part number and looking at Ebay also, Might get lucky with it.

Do you have a Bravo or a alpha 1 drive???

I've got two complete systems and really don't want to sell just a harness. It's a long shot, but you could try calling Arizona speed and marine. This was a long time ago, but they had a couple take-out motors that were blown up.

I believe they are no longer in business.

O'h! Well in that case, you may have trouble getting someone to answer the phone!
