Default Floor staining

I've got loinseal coin rubber flooring in my Pantera and everytime the boat is covered ( shading the floor) a brown stain ( about 4' * 18" )comes up. Anybody know what is could be?? The sun eventually fades it back to grey ( the original color), but if the floor is covered for any lenth of time the brown stain comes back...

Sun tan lotion screws up rubber flooring?? If that's true, anyway to fix it, or do you need to replace?
