Well Jeff, ya got me there, that's one of the few I can't brake for :D Nice Beamer.

With a winning Big Game Ticket, I could transfer that "I brake for BMW's" bumper sticker to the 750HP Caddy Cien or the upcoming STSi, or maybe even the 395HP XLR!!

Jeff 04-14-2002 07:18 PM

Sweeeet:D I have seen stuff about that new Caddy.Should melt the tires, plus I think 0-60 was something insane. see ya

we like bikes in Sarasota too. This is inside the lobby at the Holiday Inn with it running at Bike Week. Gawd we got lucky this year, no one in our crew went to jail for a couple of hours at Daytona's famous cross bar hotel.

Makino 04-14-2002 08:21 PM

Now that's a lawn mower. I love the flames. 5 acres in 30 min. or less?

Nasty Habit, It isn't exactly what it looks like. We have a BBC w/a glide in it. Nobody's perfect.

Sweet rides!! Here is a picture of my dad's 1966 Vette. I do as much tinkering on it as I do on my boat which is in the background. The Corvette has a very stock looking 468" aluminum head Chevy big block. It is pumping out around 500 HP through a 4 speed and 3.90 gear. It even has air conditioning.

Here's the motor. Pretty stock looking except for the headers. At least that was a common upgrade back in the 60's.

Yea Right... a bunch a MOTOR HEADS here

Advantage_Rob 04-14-2002 09:47 PM

Hey Kelley.
That Caddilac XLR is my project, I was in one friday, silver with the cream interior, awesome, and loaded with high tech gizmo's, and lots of power. We get to drive them around without the masking on them now. Man do the heads turn when you pull up in that thing. I think it's gonna have a good following once it's released for production next year.

57s are one of my favs... looks like it's comming along nicely.. so far I haven't decided on power yet. built a nice small block for it ... but that was before everything else... art morrison 4 link..400 turbo w/ gear vendors unit... areospace billet discs all around..tubular A-arms... ( shoulda whent with vette :( ) oh well... am thinking along the lines of 750 h.p prob blower motor... I have a nice 427 tall deck sitting herer . but might save that for a boat...been screwing around with this thing for a few yrs... stockpiling parts..... at this point i should have whent tube chassis

it's been fun though is my first pro streeter.. have learned alot.

I had the same car, '97 30th Ann. Z-28, but mine had white rims and was the #2 Brickyard Pace Car with all the decals. Only kept less than a year, wife didn't care for it. (She likes her Beemers) Still got the specialized Brickyard license plate and paper work. My gripe about the Z-28 is the passenger side foot well, -- Damn catalatic convertor hump!

Wifes new ride of 1 month, 3rd one.

Good taste Madcow!!

Good taste Madcow...you drive a Sonic and an F body, just like me!!

Here is the family grocery getter.... a 1996 Formula SLP modified WS6, one of just 55 Red WS6 automatics made in 1996. It is 200 pounds lighter than a TA, and this model clobbered BMW for about 5 years straight in the IMSA street stock road races. Why Pontiac never crowed about these impressive victories is a real mystery!!

It is often mistaken for a Ferrari, ho ho. In this picture my wife is blasting through an autocross course, very nicely, almost matching my time. She did not hit those cones, they simply point out the corners.

I've been invited the the SLP customer day at Englishtown,NJ this coming Saturday, but must be in Ohio/Indiana testing my Sonic with the Scorpion motors dropped into it. If anybody is going to Englishtown, Let me know how it was!! I hate to miss it.
