One good thing about the current market is that things now selling for what they are actually worth not someones inflated dream price.
Still a lot of sellers that need to come down to earth though.

Tell him to get something 15k if its his first boat/boating experience. He'll be shocked at the maintenance prices if hes never owned a boat before.

Thank's , I Think He Is Joining A Boating Club Now, So He Will Have No Up Keep On Boat , Just Pay Monthly Fee And Gas And Go Boating 
I Almost Think He Has A Good Point . No Headach's . No Performance Boat's But They Do Have Some Nice Cc That Will Run 60 Mph Pluss He Said.
