Don't know why every run couldn't be a drag race!! The spectators would love it. Nothing we don,t due on any given Sunday.

LMAO - the answer is because nobody is very interested in 80% of the boats registered in the shootout anymore. Particularly of no interest is pontoons racing each other. I still go every year, but lets face it, it's not the same as it was 5-6 years ago, just like boat shows, poker runs etc.

The Miami Boat Show and Poker Runs I attend are still worth every penny!!
