Skater would be a better choice for that power. There are several 36s in the classifieds with lesser power and #6 drives.

I thought Teague's biggest power was 1200. That's the highest hp he advertises on his site and that's what he put in his new Skater40. 1450hp will have to have 110 race fuel which is what $8-10/gal?

Its not the best boat for the job, although it will definately handle it...with 6 drives though for sure.

Yep, actually B-max drives
And yes kinda scary at 170. Had the same motors in a 35 motion it ran well also. Accelerated like a top fueler

Haven't talke to Howard in a few years,.........I bought some 572's off him about 4 or five years ago.

No choice, 36 Skater with #6 drives and forget if it would work or not. Spectres run well with bravo set up.I would look for a 35 Motion with atleast #5s before putting that kind of power in a Spectre.
Just my 2 for what its worth.
