I just went to the cleveland show last weekend, which is not a huge show. But still there was not one performance oriented thing present. I was looking for rack storage for my 38, so i spent a few thousand. But I was only there for two hours because there was absolutely nothing interesting to look at(except some well made old school wood boats). The performance guys should really at least have some sort of showing there. Just my .02

We really never have anything performance boats at our show except the eliminator dealer.
I thought it was strange when I looked at the Chicago show that Shogren wasn't even listed.
Is that true?

I used to attend all the powerboat shows in my area in the past. But with the economy the way it is, I have to watch my money just like everyone else. I'm sorry ... but I am not going to spend money to go to a boat show when there is basically nothing there performance wise that interests me. My pockets don't run deep ..... maybe it would be different if they did. I feel bad for the boating industry right now .... but I feel worse for some of my neighbors that are now in foreclosure.
