do you think that someone will take a mystic with the size of the engine bays and put 4 t-53s, baker two into one and some a10s.. and team that up to make a race boat.. if anyone has 4 million to do the project i'll take it on...

why use 4 t-53's when you could put in 2 T-55's ?

Who would you race? It would be another single boat class. . . . . . four turbines in anything is cool though

Like phragle said 2-55,s the L11 version is all you need.

always liked that boat, it was on a poker run i was on in MD last summer. You wouldnt want to see the shape its in now . . . .

t-55's can push 3,000hp each, like Miss longlite, miss bud, and D Scotts mti did.

While you may have found some with that rating, not all T-55's are that small. The T-55 L11C flat ratings is 2,800 and with the turn of a particular screw it goes over 3,000 hp.

t53 13b rated at 1480hp
t53 703 rated at 1800hp

t55 L7 2800hp
t55 L11 3700hp

the 53,s have 5 stages in the compressor
The t55s have 7 stages in compressor
the L11 version has a added pt turbine wheel.
