A friend of mine has a 99 22zx that he is eager to sell in your price range because he just purchased a bigger boat. It is listed here in the classifieds.

I know of a 25 Baja with a 454/ProCharger AND a 23 Outlaw with a 496Mag that can both need to go due to their owners purchasing bigger boats. Both boats are here in Virginia.
