The cops seem to write a report just to satisfy the complainant. It was merely an inconvenience for me, no real harm was done so I do understand that they have more important things to tend to. but like the thread starter said "IT SUCKS". I may call Horatio if it happens again

Be careful. I caught a vandal once red-handed, beat the crap out of him, called the cops and I almost got arrested! Guy got off with a slap on the wrist. I dared him and his buddies to come back and try something else. They never did.
