That's funny right there. Not quite as funny as the ad......but still funny none the less.

I noticed on those old 302's, the transom is funny looking. Why did they all have that "bulge" in the transoms??

The only thing Id dump into that is 10 gallons of gas and a match.

The bump is were the wood is for the transom. You would still replace it from inside if you did that but the top curves so it is almost flush in the middle fo the transom and curves forward as you get to the sides. I would assume it is stronger then a flat transom?

Good thing I don't live in Hawiee... he won't deliver there. Maybe I could just drive it over, it is built for the constant pounding...

But it is not as good as the super fast outdrive on the starboard side with the factory cut down skeg
