Has anyone seen a article from a boat magazine that really slams a boat for not being up to par?

Haven't seen any in years....Powerboat did one on a boat they tested years ago and it created quite a stir... They had issues with the finish and the boat chine walked pretty bad... Can't remember what it was but the manufacturer was pizzed... If I remember right Powerboats response was bring a finished product to the boat tests or suffer the consequences...

Think the boat Powerboat panned was the Four Winns U19 that was based on the Donzi 18.
