Hey Folks,

Gotta hand it to Audiofn.... the new stereo is outright AWESOME ! I snuck down to the boat last night after Audio left to have some of the guys check it out... Cranked it up a bit and I was amazed at how full & robust the sound is...wow !! The detail work is first class as well......

Thanks Audio ..!!! .....and those of you that'll be in Havasu, you will most definitly have to check Nortons boat out as well.....
Its supposed to be the " Wall of Sound " ... so if you see ( hear ) a guy with coming and see that he's got night vision googles on and he's also got his credit card super glued to his in hand with myself , Mr. Moregeous & Tank in tow.........Thats Nort !

Hey Rick Thanks man. It sure was a project with out all the tools I am used to and having to drive all over to find parts, but I think it came out well. You like the way it sounds better now that I played with the sound some more? I will see you out in Havabrew bro and we will rage!!!! Oh ya waite tell you get the bill :p :p

Nort I got plenty of time. I am making the bet that we have interesting. If I finish up today what is the fun of that. Actually I just hit my head hard as hell on the boat and am feeling a little dizzy so I am getting a drink and chilling. The back seat is all wired in, just have to make the connections and the wire bundell is hung in the side compartment and the hole and through hull fittings are in.

Cool...........it's gonna be done today!!!!!!!! That means I have time to have the brakes checked, rear trailer lights fixed, change out the props, wash and detail the boat, charge the batteries, find and install a new 10 changer, wash the cover, install the new headlamps on the truck............tomorrow.

I will see what I can do. Back seat in before Lunch I hope.

Back subs are in and hooked up, Seat is back in and bolted in place, Ground is hooked up and all we have now is the amp. Got to take a break for a few and drink more water. I am on bottle #3 now :D:D

Oh ya Tank as far as him having little faith, see it goes like this. He has so little faith in my finishing that we have a double or nothing clause on the job. If I finish before havabrew he pays me double. Well all I have now is the amp....... you think he is getting nervous????? Of course he has never gotten a estimate from me. :D:D:D

Well even though I'm not glad to hear Nort will have to pay you double:D ....I am glad to hear he will be bumpin the tunes out there.......By the way I saw the 10's in the garage on Sunday, they looked bad ass on the kick panel!....How many watts? and what all did you put in there?

Rick you kill me bro!!!! Tank they will be getting a totall of 750 watts. Unfortunatly since there are 4 of them we can not take advantage of lowering the Ohm Load to get more power out of the amp. On the plus side it should run much cooler. :D:D

You got it all Rick. The components up front really worked out well in that boat. They are bright as **** if that is what you like but you can tone them down nice for a more mellow sound.

Just fired up Norts system and what can I say but HOLLY CRAP!!!!! For 4 free air subs this thing is going to rip. I was really concerned about the flimsy back seat made of plastic but it is working. Flexes like crazy with 4 subs mounted into it running wide open!!! :D:D I can not waite to get it tuned in and set up 100%. We now have a noise problem to contend with. Seems that the boat has a lot of ground loope hum from the factory and I want to fix that while I am in there. Got to run a new ground up to the radio and hope for the best as the first test will be out at the lake!!!! Talk about trial by fire. :D:D Now we have Ricks boat for the high end listening experience and Norts for the Pimp dady palace. Oh ya ya know what Harleys do to girls (you know the vibration of the seat thing) Well look out Nort!!!!!!!! You going to have some HORNEY WOMEN ON BOARD!!!!:eek: :eek:

Never paid me :( He has since moved and changed all his numbers. I have posted for him to please contact me over at Fast boats but no joy :( The kid has been crying about not having any money but I know he has made a bunch of trips out the Havabrew and all that. I wish this did not come up at Christmas as it kind of pisses me off :(

Ya Tank the only person that knew up to this point was Nort and he has been trying to help me out. Unfortunatly I have no way to contact him now and my posts on FastBoats have fallen on death ears. Cash up front is great and he did pay for the equipment but NOT the wire and all the brackets and stuff like that. My deal with all the scope guys has been cost on the equipment and pay my expenses. Did this because it gave me a opportunity to visit Pam when she was still out there. So he owes me for half my plane ticket and my expenses while I was there and all the little bits and pieces that went into his boat. They all add up.... Anyone that has seen this install knows it was top notch and I spent a LOT of time with it. He got WAY more then his money's worth but still does not feel the need to pay me. :(

He's not hard to find. Saw him in Havasu in October. I know he's been laying low since his kid was born. I'm sure he's monitoring this site and thread, though I believe he was booted from OSO.:confused: I would HOPE he has good reasons for not paying whatever money is owed but I'm not privy to all the info. If or when I see him I'll ask him about it though.;)

I have been in business for long enough to be able to seperate a bus. deal that has gone all messed up and a friendship. If I saw him I would not feel the need to smack him. but I am not sure I would run out to party with him either if that makes any sence.
