I love how everyone is spending Gino's money. Just buy another set of 1550's to go to a Poker Run??? Those engines cost more than most complete boats.

Looks like we are going to make it. Unfortunitly we won't have a matched set of motors. The best we could do with the time was get another smaller motor and put my accessories on it. I'm dispointed we won't be running hard but at least we are going to make it! Looking forward to meeting all the west coast people face to face!
Thanks for all the PM's with advice!

Maybe he has some extra's. According to this thread he's got a few sets of Sterling in the shop.

Not sure if I can post a link on this board or not.

People don't normally "loan" a $90k engine. I was hoping to maybe find a deal on an engine that someone would let go for a good price. The old Speed racer motors were sitting around for a long time. I was hoping someone could use some cash more then a motor taking up space.

There are a few new one's around but truthfully, I don't have an extra $90k sitting around to buy an extra motor for a poker run.

The other option i was thinking: A few weeks ago Jayboat broke his lense and everyone chipped in to get him a new one.............

That sucks but happens to the best of us!!! Didn't want to say anything but look at the oil pressure gauges in the video of the 193 pass,I think they were 45-50# @ 6500 RPMS. I know my power will not live at that oil pressure. Hope you make your trip.
