Default Is this headed to Havasu?

I saw this on the road tonight and could only grab a shot from the rear. This doesn't look like a kids toy. It looks more like someone spent some serious ching to design this body.

It struck me as some sort of high milage vehical, not a sports car. Anyone have a clue? NY Plates.

The Car was on EBAY for a long time....wanted 50k for it....its built on like a Chevy Cobalt and he built a fiberglass body over it...it had all kind of camera's in it...lambo doors ect. I think the guys was from FL. that built and owned it..if I remember right...it also had a hyd. lifts so the body could ride higher not to scape on the ground with bumps in the road...also not much room
