You can either pick up on of the free hand out Grand Laker papers you get at the grocery store or call the Lake Patrol.
They have put 4 rows of buoys through the cove from the entrance to Uglys.
The inner 2 rows which are for outgoing and incoming traffic are only for boats with single engines 26' and shorter and can not exceed 25mph. The far outside lanes are for everything else at no wake. It will take almost 45min to get from mouth of Duck to Uglys.
It is very confusing when 1st going into cove because of the jumbled buoys. If you dont have to go in there I wouldnt because the lake patrol will be setting there stopping people.
Good Luck

Yep, it SUCKS BIG TIME. The no wake starts at the mouth of Duck Creek and goes all the way to ugly's. I was headed back to Ugly's 2 weeks ago, made it to the yacht club and turned around. I have to idle; 28' with twins. What really sucks is when a 28' pc crusier goes by plowing making at least 2' wakes.
It started because the people at spinnaker point built a ****ty dock that could not take the pounding. Then it was bandwagoned by a few others and now its a law.
Duck Creek is ruined for me. I can drive over in my car faster now.
Finman - will be up this weekend if its nice on Sunday, we'll be out. 28' Scarab named Pure Bliss.
eyezlee.

I will be going up Thurs to do work on the boat but may leave by Sat. Where do you keep your boat or load it?
I also noticed you are from Broken Arrow. I live there as well in the 111th and Elm area.
Small world.

Oooppsss !!! Your right, my wife tells me it's June 15th. Well, I guess we could either gather at Eufaula then or Grand before or after that weekend. I would get killed if I missed the Poker Run & lost out on that $10,000.00 1st place money!!
Eyezlee, if your down this weekend, come over....I will have Both my Formulas in the drive. The new owner shows up saturday to take the 252SS to Wisconsin. That's about 1600hp sitting in the drive & 56' 4" of Formula.....a site to behold! Too bad I can't keep them both.
