Please pass the popcorn, this is getting interesting.
NIT2WIN started late in the back of the pack......
Many others in the middle of the pack but plumbgirl hoses down Audiofn & takes the lead.......
NIT2WIN blows by the fleet, now running in first place, followed by Audiofn, Risktaker, boot etc. and broken down in the infield, running on one motor is plumbgirl.
Lets see how the contestants make out on the next lap..........

I was thinking the same thing about plumbergirl. Then all you BRANIACS had to BEAT ME TO THE PUNCH!
I agree, what IS YOUR experience PLUMBERGIRL? I raced ProStock and B Class for 6 years and you ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS STAY BACK YOUR ROOKIE SEASON! Also, Priestly SET NO RECORD! He was in the BACK SEAT of Planetman. No disrespect to Jason, just next time he should take some time to learn a race boat cuz it ain't no race car! He may be an excellent race car driver but that will not necessarily translate into being a good Superboat Driver. Besta of luck to Jason and whomever he chooses for a T-man for a SAFE and SUCCESSFUL season.
Oh, and PLUMBERGIRL, sometimes it is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt!
DJD, is that a good HOSE DOWN?

Shane,
Your killing me buddy that was wayyyyyy yoo funny! By the way, if you raced pro stock for six years I surely must have raced against you in the 1996 season. I was racing with the now deceased Billy Ford (what a character, God bless his soul) in a 35' motion our sponsor was Venus Swimwear.

NIT2WIN in 1996 I ran with Nicky Cutro in the PENNZOIL Shadow. YES I was in it when we stuffed in Key West. BTW, did you know that it was MY FAULT?
At least that is what i was told. Oh well. Yeah I remember you. Do you remember me? Anyway, glad I mad you laugh. Funny how she hasn't replied lately.

I think what we have here is a conflict between Jason Priestly , the cute little actor who sent teenage girl's hearts fluttering a few years ago, and Jason Priestly, the over his head rookie driver in a Superboat. Please confine your opinions accordingly.
Jason is a better actor than Matt Alcone, Matt Alcone is a better driver than Jason. There is no doubt that Jerry Gilbreath and John Tomlinson and Bobby Moore and Doug Lewis and Joey Imprescia and Art Lilly and Bob Idoni and Felix Serralles and a lot of other guys are better throttlemen than Dan Campbell.
What bothers me most is that we are wasting a lot of time on what is obviously nothing more than a grab for P.R. and hype.......and neither of those things have any place on a race course. They may be good to promote a sport or a TV package, but a bright smile and dimples have no effect on racing situations. Sadly, Jason is a prime example of "Are you a boat racer?...... No, but I play one on TV....."
The only value to come out of all this will be if "Rookie rules" and qualification standards are a result. As to the "star worship", leave it for teen magazines and "ET".....where it belongs.
T2x
PS: As to all of this "wishing Jason luck and hoping he sticks with it".......wish him no more nor less than any other rookie....and.... do you racers really want a guy around who gets half of the(your) media exposure simply because he starred in a long since canceled TV series? All of the other celebrities left the sport no better than they found it, and used it only to further their own publicity agendas...... I assure you that if Jason Priestly has a "comeback" hit movie and elevates to Hollywood's "A" list......... You'll never see him again.......... Isn't that right, Don Johnson?

Shane,
Holy Mackeral! I think I still have a few pieces of your boat that I use for toothpicks now and then! That was a miracle from the one above that you didn't get killed. Yes, I definitely remember you guys thank goodness you were all right. By the way, welcome aboard your insight is greatly appreciated.
