Well today was a day I will remember for a long time. When we arrived yesterday one of the locals to meet us in the Marina was a guy named Doug. He owns the Tiki Hut restaurant that overlooks the Turtle Cove Marina and also some water sports business. He was dying for a ride on Team PREDATOR so we asked him to get a few friends together and show us the local waters. He said he wanted to barefoot behind Team PREDATOR and I thought he was surely joking. He was not. His Master Craft followed us with his gear out to a protected channel and on the 3rd try he got up but ate it a few seconds later. On try number 4 he actually skied for quite a distance barefoot and we have the pics ! Jay was in the Mastercraft running alongside and captured it and I had one of his buddies shoot it with my camera from the boat. Too funny. He was so excited.
After that we went to a spot where the locals all hang out. Everyone treated us like rock stars and were so cool. it was a blast. Wait till you see the pics of the shrimp they cooked up on the BBQ. It was a great day.
Tomorrow morning we are off to Ocean World in the Dominican Republic. It is just over 200 miles and if we can clear customs in good time we will likely go farther but not crazy about staying at Samana and Punta Cana may be too far to make so we will just see how it goes.

Here are a few more pix from yesterday's raft-up.
It was a fantastic day.
Should have some time tonite to post more after we get to Domenican Republic. Stay tuned!
The chef working his magic.
Those shrimp were to die for.
This is how they do take out in the islands, mon.
Andrew was our designated chick magnet, and as you can see he's very good at his job.
These girls were down from New York attending the wedding of a friend.

Wow, love the pics! So what's the plan in the BVI's, is that the turn around point or are you going to continue on down to the Grenadines? St. Vincent and Union island are fantastic!

Sorry I missed you guys. I was in Grand Turk on Friday during my Cruise port visit. Did not wander far out for the boat. Margaritaville was my hang out.
The waters and scenery are beautiful there. Enjoy your adventure!!!
