Hi Tim!

Those are great shots of a fantastic looking boat and on July 2nd, Al Copeland is going to smash the Kilo Record of 220 MPH with the help of Al Copeland Jr. doing Driving and Scott Barnhart, doing the Throttling along with the support of family members, crew members, friends and every performance boater who ever knew or read about Al Copeland Sr., "the Legend".

Thanks !

I would like to see them postpone this until they have more seat time in the boat and work the bugs out of it...

It's not like they took a proven hull like a MYSTIC and threw 12,000 hp at it.

This whole project is uncharted waters.

They need all of the time they can get to do their homework.

With the little bit of water time this boat has seen, in my opinion is just not enough.

I would love nothing more to see it all go off without a hitch and I wish them the best.

I just think more time would go a long way in preventing a possible disastrous ending.

One other hurdle to over come is the BP OIL SPILL.

That certainly is not going to help the event either...
