As Griff stated, clean it and then get it out in the sun. Had a red suit bleed on my vinyl and turn it pick. Good ol' Missouri sun took it right out in a couple of days.

Most untie at the hips and across the back. Some older suits have clevis straps on the back. Once removed, do not re-apply as the bleeding issue may continue.

Might also try hydrogen peroxide. I have used this on lots of protein based stains like red wine or blood (one generally leads to the other). Doesn't work on oil based stains.
