Default mercruiser 260 compression check?

I am going to look at and possibly buy a 87 Chris Craft Scorpion 210 this afternoon and was looking for compression #'s for the Mercruiser 260 and anything else I should check. Anything I should look for on the outdrive? I know to check floors, stringers delamination, etc from reading posts, tried searching compression check. 260- nothing.
