No computer geek will do it with his cute programs 12 places past the decimal point,But will take someone experienced who can add reality to any mathematical models, move up slowly testing and knows when to stop evaluate and make changes.

We saw Mr Warby run the boat in Chattanooga a few years back and it was impressive. I think he will break his own record with it in the next few years. He strikes me as that kinda guy.
