The 46 is a great hull, excellent boat but at 1.1MM it gives buyers a whole lot of other options!

American Muscle II- 375K
09 Nortech 50 V- 3,000 HP- 499K
Apache- Medicine Man- 159K
F650 Used Tow Vehicle- 67K

143 FT of GO FASTS, 7400 HP AND a tow vehicle for the same 1.1MM. I can't say that the AMG Cig is better than the "options."

Good points but if years in sales has taught me anything it is that there is a butt for every seat.

There is someone out there that will buy this thing just because of what it is and what it represents (ex. I can afford to spend a **** load of money) so I would not be surprised to see it sell.

Anyone found a video of the new turbo engines running yet? I would like to hear what they sound like.

Trust me, I'd like to know the number, too.

After reading the press release in another thread, Merc has been using it for real time R&D, so I understand why Skip didnt say anything. But there is great meaning when he says it is faster than any production Cig made, that in itself speaks volumes. Sweet pkg for sure.

I just have to ask.. With over 100 hours on this boat, has anyone seen it on the water? Anywhere other than the Miami boat show? Marina's? Launch ramps? Anywhere? I heard the engines were taken out after the boat show and have not been back since. I'd hate to think with the close relationship that Freddy and Skip have that someone is being less than honsest, after all this is the boating world.

Cigarette had to design a new engine hatch to accomodate the exhaust configuration so it wouldn't make sense to take the motors out unless they changed the hatch too...
