I've had a lot of TM customers ask what they should do with their turbines-the answer is simple-have them gone through by a reputable turbine shop, like PPS then you know exactly what you have and exactly what you didn't have

The last post that I had read on here by JBS Racing, was that Jeff was not going to race the Turbine Boat again and that he had something in the works to race a piston powered boat this year. Whatever his decision is, I wish him and his team all the best and look forward to seeing them racing again..

This thread would have legs if JBS would post the evidence, videos, etc or admit this is another sniffle-fest about their equipment. Are there builders of higher quality than TM? Some may argue that. But each team makes their own decisions. Trying your case in the court of public opinion only works if you are backing it up with evidence. It's been two years and no video.
I am calling out JBS for the simple reason that the race industry is strained enough as it is. Unless you are backing up your negativity with evidence, consider posting on SOS where you will get the appropriate audience.
Separate note: if you get to the South Florida area and have a few hours to spend at the Team Geico facility, it is time well spent. This is not to say other race teams are not well-equipped and/or willing to give their fans a tour. This is pointing out that you get a real feel for a solid presence in the offshore racing circuit by viewing their operation. They love their fans, they love their peers and they love the sport.

also take notice that once geico left tm, they stopped having turbine engine issues......
and JBS well they didn't listen to reason and road the tm train to the bottom..................
