Not if Chuck Norris was driving. He would have jumped straight up, and once clear of the bolster, deliverd a side kick to the whale knocking it clear of the boat. Then He would have tucked his leg back in and slipped back into the bolster and continued on his way without missing a beat.......so fast that no throttle work would have been needed.....yep.....that's what he would have done alright!

Crazy stuff, first I've ever heard of that happening, not saying it hasn't but one would figure it has to have happened before...reminds me of the pic with the guy in a kayak and the image of a huge shark under him...
