he just bought the boat its in RI for a aprox 6 mons then it can come to Nantucket mass where theres a lot of big blow boats and dock there tx free after 6mons. some of the best sailing is right out side the breakwater in nantucket OPEN OCEAN, in newport it takes about hour to get out in open water unless you just use the bay 1/2 hour for him. plus he has a hugh house in nantucket these people do not sleep in boats under 100ft. I have done work on a few 60 to 160footers sail and non sail so once the 6 mons has gone by it will be berth in nantucket next year and will spend time done south in the islands for winter so the crew and owner does not have to pay other taxes. I think if the boat is out of us waters for 4mons or 6 theres taxes that crew and excise tx maybe they can skip. which is good for a crew.

Nebraska is nice. Kentucky doesn't care if it's USCG registered or not, if it's in their state for over six months, they want tax money on it!
