It's about a 20 minute drive by car.

+1

As stated, Friday night at Dog Days is a must. Lots of great hardware there. I'd hit that early evening and then maybe head somewhere like Shady/Lazy Gators afterward.

Can anyone tell me if 93 octane is available at the lake? If so where? Is there any places that are ntorious for having bad gas or old gas? Does anyone sell race gas?
Thanks,
Allen

How bad is docking at each of these places? Can you really bar-hop by boat or are you pretty much pinched in??? Most bars around here raft off and it sucks to come and go.

Ample docking at almost every restaurant/bar. If you count every bar on the lake there are probably 100 +/- places to eat and drink. Bar hopping by boat is easy and fun at LOTO, but we can't stress enough have a DD. The WP are on a serious witch hunt for BUI.

Good advice there. Dog Days will be packed Friday night, but worth stopping.

Most of the gas docks will have 93 octane. There are usually a few with race fuel close to the Shootout. There aren't any places I would worry about getting fuel at this time of year.
