Default lifting an f350

Has anyone ever had any experience lifting an f350 and useing 42inch tracktor trailer tires and 22.5 alcoa rims. Is it hard on the wheel berg. or ball joints.

I've done it on two f-350's, one 3500 gmc and one 3500 dodge. Never had a problem.

Ran 65 in the front, 55 in the rears. Not bad at all.

If you ran 125 like it calls for, there would be dents in the roof from your head hitting.
