Default NASCAR driver and a new fountain

For those NASCAR fans out there, I thought I would make you even more jealous of the drivers. Jimmie Johnson a rookie this year driving for Jeff Gordon and Hendrick motorsports won last weeks race in California and his sponsor Lowes promised him a brand new FOUNTAIN if he won a race this year. Well he said he is going to pick it out this week at the factory after the Richmond race. It sounded like it would be a 35 lightning but I am not sure. Some guys have all the luck. He's only like 26 or 27. Good for him though. Go #20 and #8

After the race I heard him say something about Hendricks owing him a boat. Must be nice. Not like he couldn't buy any kind of boat he wants with his prize money though. Glad he finally won a race. It's amazing what he's done this year considering that he's a rookie.

Actually, you are probably referring to Bob Tillman. He's the CEO for Lowe's. I worked for them up until the end of April. Great company to work with.

As for today at Richmond, rookie mistake cost him the race. He had a race winning car.

From what I've heard they haven't built any new cars for him. Thought he was using all of Gorden's old cars. Could be wrong though. Who ended up winning today?

They said during the Busch race on Friday night that they had resealed the track and it was much worse than it had been. What was it, about 17-18 cars parked before Firday night was over? That's not right.

I saw a pre-race interview with Little E and he told all his pals on Lake Norman to gas up the boats and fill the coolers...that he would be there after the race...It was pretty funny...the announcers also seemed to indicate that alot of the NASCAR drivers/crew/owners had houses around Lake Norman.

Any of you Lake Norman boater got any stories?
