Wow, what a d-bag, thats just plain dangerous, put aside the jackassery involved in something like that. Hope that boat called the cops, and for the dude chilling on the engine cover he is lucky he didn't fly off.

My guess is that they knew the guys on the rib. The rib guys had big grins on their face. Not saying it was a smart move at all, but they might have known each other. How about the genius hanging back there on the sun pad....... brilliant. That right there is an accident waiting to happen.

My flash player is acting screwy so I couldn't see it, but I have no doubt the guy is an Frigging Idiot !!
Without attempting to derail the thread I really believe that's the kind of stuff our insurance companies, along with some of our grand "boating police" watch as part of training video's which probably represents less than 1% of the owners of an offshore boat.. If they would spend time ticketing 40% of the pontoon boats & bowriders on the water it would be time well spent..
All that to say the obvious of a few idiots like that can screw allot of stuff up real quick !!
