What is known as the best attended Poker Run in Florida just happened at Emerald Coast.

It must have had some members here participating.

No pics, no report on the event.

It seems that if the pic guys dont go to these things its as if they never happened.

I was there and attendance seemed like it was WAY down. I don't know if the oil spill(I didn't see any evidence of oil) or the weather played a roll? We didn't go to the Saturday night party so I don't know how many boats were entered.

It was a great time and a safe event

I had the pleasure of driving and riding in Pure Platinum That is an experience EVERYONE should add to their bucket list

Their website said 130 boats which is down from 160-165, but 130 boats today is a very respectable number.

Stu and Jackie help in raising a ton of money with that event which is very nice.

Pictures and stories like the previous post would be nice though.

It was a great run, the Helicopter could not take off Saturday morning because Obama had the air space closed for his arrival......
