I originally heard that clip with an Indy car in the background; you were supposed to look at the car while listening to the clip and see if you could keep from laughing.
Still cracks me up every time I listen to it (now how many of you out there make engine sounds when surfing Merc's website, eh?)

As a matter of fact, I do. The X-6 Hustler came out about the time I got my driver's license. But back then I was too busy looking at all the SS396 Chevelles, 428CJ Mustangs,383 Road Runners, and a host of other street muscle, that there wasn't any time for cycles. Let's not forget the reason we have big horsepower in boats today- it's because of the musclecar era of the late 70's and early 80's. And yes, I have a piece of that street muscle in my garage now. My wife and I own a very nice original 50K-mile 1970 1/2 Z-28, red/black stripes, unrestored (but repainted). Fun to drive but the cops don't have much of a sense of humor when they stop someone for dragracing these days.
