I heard something about this about a month ago but did not get the details. Sounds like basically, stay away from water intakes, Nuclear plants and Navy pier.

Restricted Zones

Midwest OSO Members, really does not look good for the Blues Festival, Do you see away around this? It and the 4th of July are two of the times that my family and I enjoy coming to Chicago by boat. Appreciate any advise on this subject.
