If you do wind up having to rebuild it, make sure you mark the rotors and the gears when dissasembling. The gears/rotors are timed and if you mess up the timing the rotors will scrape.
Some blower manufacturers time the rotors by milling the gears, others will shim the gears so be sure to keep an eye out for shims and where they go. :) |

I am guessing it is not the grease you are losing. It probably is a leaking gasket at the base. Keep in mind the pressures of a supercharger will cause leaks. It will look like a oily residue when in fact it is gas. Kind of a brown color?
