Default Cockpit heaters

Did a little early skiing this weekend & it was 47 outside... wind-chill was a bit nipply Thinking of using one of those 300watt electric heaters that plugs into your cigarette lighter. Has anyone used one & are they strong enough to at least heat up a small space around your seat?

actually if you want to warm up quick just open the hatch about a foot. Theres usually enough residual heat to warm ya up a bit before you take off, acts as a wind block to.
