So the boxes are slowing me down? I have the Canopy. My hull has the notches.

we tried a set of the mercury ITS set back boxes when they first came out, and the boat didn't like it. The last 36 that was built has the IMCO boxes, with the notch filled in. With a pair of 625 viper motors that boat only runs in the 111-115 range.
The old zipp express canopy 36 with 500 efi's was capable of running 116 light on fuel and pulling 36" props

I've seen a 36' canopy run 107 with 500 efi's 36pitch but he would run 34's for every day running. I am in NOLA if you want to try a pair of 36's you can run them if you can turn them I'll be glad to sell them to you.

For everyday running the 32 or 34's will be the way to go. 36 if you are trying for that top number.
post some pics of your boat. To get the best info for your boat, you should call Jay at Spectre. He is going to be the best bet for the right info.
