Pleased to date but barely 15hrs on them. Keep in mind I have GEN3 710 ILMOR's retrofitted w/ the new INDY drive. WAY MORE RELAIBLE PACKAGE than the combination I had but then again packages were limited options back then. In my case I've added 250-300lbs, now spin a tranny & substantially larger gears, shafts & propellers w/ a higher gear ratio electively & didn't lose any speed. Had I stuck w/ the taller ratio my guess is I'd have gained both reliability & speed. Still tinkering!! |
