Actually, it's all self taught. I do a lot of reading and even more listening. Then I go out and try it a few dozen times and post the pics of the 87th try when I finally got it right.:lolhit:

But if it were easy, anybody could do it!

No doubt about that. I made the first one over 5 years ago. I haven't made one in a while, so I figured I would poke around on the internet and see if there was something similar out there. Still nothing, so back to to making it myself. It's not easy, but you sure do get a great sense of satisfaction when it's all done and working.

Thanks everyone. I really appreciate it.

Here are a few shots of the second one as it goes together. It is all cut out and the edges are chamfered and ready for welding.

Two plugs in each cylinder, one on the top, one on the bottom! Thats a real old school setup.

Looks great Eddie!

Thanks RT.

Here are a few shots of it all finished up with the exception of the hard coat anodizing. As soon as I finish the second one completely, I will send them both out for anodizing. Thanks

Eddy, what is the purpose of the big "wings" on those assemblies?

if you look at the middle pic above in post 14 you will see they follow the outline of the blower. Also you need a place to bolt the fuel rails down to as well... :)

That's to make this thing really fly.:lolhit:

The top plate comes with the supercharger. As Wally said, it follows the outline of the top of the supercharger.

Why not mount it under the supercharger so you can get more air density and not have fuel going thru the blower?

JIMKID Motorsports 11-18-2010 12:31 PM

it cools the rotors

HTRDLNCN 11-18-2010 01:12 PM

I would imagine at the speed the air goes thru the blower it wouldnt need additional cooling?
