http://www.offshoreonly.com/classifi...o30511-en.html

Lots of options. I'd narrow your search down a bit more to specific brand etc.

Boomer35 11-09-2010 09:52 AM

you might be able to find a good deal on a 525 Cigarette Gladiator right now too

Right around your mark, and Robster really kept it up. Full cabin, good motors, you could eat off the bilge and will handle any water you throw at it. With the recent work, it should be pretty close to 90 I think.

nice boat, but WAY over priced in my personal opinion for the year, but hey maybe im wrong

kreed 11-09-2010 11:44 AM

Its an Apache, not over priced. One of the best rough water boats ever made! Not a fan of the color scheme, but a sick boat non the less.

Man these beak joke's get old:chill-pill:

I am not a big Fountian fan but I will say that is a very fast boat and has had no expience spared on up grades and or maintance and has always been kept like a fine jewel, the pics do it no justice at all. Just one walk around it and hearing its history would make anyone interested.
As far as the wasted space you guys like to go on and on about(beak/swim deck) I have been on TG/Cafe that offer no more room at all, the only difference I have really seen is in the freeboard and thats the only thing that would keep me from buying a Fountian.
If you want a fast overly well cared for boat that 35 is the answer.

Been in this one a number of times at 100+!

Ran a best of 110, if I recall. Shows close to new still from what I hear, rigging is over the top, previous owner spared nothing, great buy in my opinion.

Cig,

When was the last time you got a real good look at Kelly's "beak" ?

There are times in life that size just don't matter! Am I right here? :lolhit:

offshoredrillin 11-09-2010 07:59 PM

Ok I'll be the wet blanket. Make a list of the haves and have nots that you want in your next boat. size, trailer-ability, cabin, engine size, top speed, cruising speed, want blowers or not. Buying a boat is the easy part, figure out what you are going to spend on upkeep and fuel, insurance for going bigger, is it going to be on a lift or towed. It's winter, take your time and figure out what you want/need then approach it reasonably. many of the boats mentioned are awesome, many of them need more than just filling it with gas and going...have a plan.

You are correct! His name is Reggie (cool hair, snappy dresser, you know the guy ) and you can purchase one of his models in a 35', 38', and 42' version that will run in the 90 MPH +/- range in a stock, fil'em and run'em, change the fluids on occasion, 525 EFI Merc version.

Drive the ones you are interested in, list the things you like, the things you don't and buy what you want. Everyone on here will give you a different opinion, usually based on brand loyalty.

fasthawk6 11-10-2010 06:09 PM

Look at a 32 sunsation 2006 and up model. Sizes up very well with a 35 fountain or a 35 cig. Only 1 tank to fill at the gas station so you dont have to move either to.Both of the others listed had two tanks i was on.

What 35 Cig are you seeing that sizes up w/ a 32 Sunny?

Are you sure it wasn't a 28 cig?:party-smiley-004:

I am a big fan of Sunsation boats, but to say a 35 Cig and a 32 Sunation is way wrong. Now thw 36 Sunation is bigger than the 35 Cig. Sunsation is a great boat company but the truth is the truth.

Call me biased, but I wouldn't pass up a 35 CIG for a 32 Sunsation because fueling it is easier.......
