That boat needs to be rescued, it is a good looking and good performing boat. If the boat ran 160 +/- mph with Mecury 1200's that is strong. If that boat can run that fast in ocean, Golddigger would not get passed by many other pleasure boats thats for sure. The boat looks good and has the potential to be very fast, horsepower, dollars, and care are the only thing(s) needed for that boat to be running again

I wish I had the $$$,$$$. Reliability (no headaches), safety (go fast without worrying about crossing the next wake with limitations), and fun are why I like boating; and in that in boat I would have a ball (funtimes). And I do like the name, "Golddigger."

I think someone is going to get a beautiful boat. I agree with offshoredrillin, 140-150mph is considered slow??

150 mph, slow? That is getting with the program, sh*t you are in 48' boat at 150+ mph, that is very, very strong. And where I live near the Jersey Shore that would be perfect. I would have gratitude and humility if I were own a boat that performed so well and looked so good, that is a blessing.

I agree with ya Smarty. I can't believe people think 150 mph is slow! I would love to go that "slow". Offshoredrillin was saying the same thing.

Could someone put numbers on the total cost to get that boat running. Not a guess, but real numbers for engines, props, rigging.

Personally, I think that anyone using a canopied boat as a pleasure boat at those speeds is nuts. There have been countless threads about it.

I wish That I had an extra $260k. What a deal this is!!!! Incredible looking boat. Not meaning to come off wrong, but people scoffing at a 160mph boat just seems crazy. Is it me or was it only about ten years ago where if you hit the magic number of 100mph you were "the man". The technology in bottoms, materials and motors has been rising at an unbelievable pace.

The speeds we are running around all day now is crazy. But addictive. To be cruising at 140 plus all day is insane. So much can happen but yet its so addictive. Only the big cats can allow you to experience. That. The Turbine. Boat is really bad. You have no sense. Of pushing the engines.. what a rush is all I can say..
